The petitioner has filed the present writ application to conclude the investigation in connection with Darbhanga Mahila P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018 registered under Sections 376/120B of the I.P.C. read with Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act and further he needs that immediate action be taken against the accused persons (Respondent No.4-6) who are F.I.R. named

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.321 of 2020(2) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 accused persons.

Learned counsel for the State submits that it is a case of 2018 and if investigation has not been completed then, it is a serious issue.

In this view of the matter, petitioner may be directed to represent before the Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga in the light of Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar passed in Cr.WJC No. 153 of 2017 decided on 09.09.2022. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to represent before the Superintendent of Police within 4 weeks and he is directed to take proper action in the light of above mentioned case. With this observation, this writ application is hereby disposed of.
