Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Nagar P.S. Case No. 137 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the accused persons badly assaulted the informant side.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both the parties have sustained injuries and the members of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13953 of 2022(2) dt.27-09-2022 2/2 defense side has also filed Sadar P.S. Case No. 95 of 2020. He has submitted further that good relations between the parties has been restored and the parties have amicably settled their dispute. The xerox copy of compromise petition is annexed as Annexure-4.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Nagar P.S. Case No. 137 of 2020 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
