2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in C.R.(co) No. 17 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 18(a), 27(v)(ii), 28 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rule 65(19) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that during inspection of the medical shop of petitioner, he failed to produce the drug license of the shop.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

6. Considering the fact that petitioner was running a medical shop without having valid drug license, his prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
