The petitioner is accused in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the deceased, daughter of the informant, died due to diarrhoea and no external injury was found in the postmortem report of the deceased, daughter of the informant. In fact, in provocation the present case has been lodged but when he realized his mistake
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29650 of 2017 (3) dt.14-07-2017 filed an application in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sitamarhi.
Learned counsel for the informant submits that after realizing the mistake the informant has filed an application in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sitamarhi, about lodging his case due to misunderstanding at the time of disposal of regular bail of B.P. No. 359 of 2017/ 85 of 2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
