The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019 dated 09.01.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are son and father respectively and it has been alleged that the petitioner no. 1 always abused the informant who is an Aasha Worker and on one occasion, the informant was attempted to be misbehaved with, when petitioner no. 2 also arrived at the place of occurrence but he did not interfere. The

No.14141 of 2019(2) dt.08-03-2019 2/2 reason for false implication as has been argued by the petitioners is a dispute between the petitioners and the informant with respect to a land falling in between the houses of the parties which are situated across the road. Considering the aforesaid facts and the nature of accusation against the petitioners and also taking into account their clean antecedents, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
