JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act, 1984. Allegation against the petitioners is that they along with the other accused persons intercepted the informant and abused him and there is specific allegation of assault against other co-accused persons namely Balo Pujhar and Lalo Pujhar. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that though they are named in the F.I.R., but nothing specific has been attributed against them and all injuries are simple in

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka, in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S.
