JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.03.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6608 of 2013 for extending the period of surrender. The petitioner was granted bail in Lauria P.S. Case No. 185 of 2011 and she was to furnish the bail bonds within a period of twelve weeks.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to illness the petitioner could not surrender. Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.

The order dated 15.03.2013 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2905 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 disposed off in connection with Lauria P.S. Case No. 185 of 2011, pending in the court of leaned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
