2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 503 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by hired criminals.

4. The face of the three killers was captured in the CCTV footage they have confessed that they have committed the crime. It has also come during investigation that the petitioner has arranged the murder weapon.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 15.09.2023.

6. Considering the period of custody and also

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16598 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 considering the delay in trial, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Rosera, Samastipur/concerned Court below in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 503 of 2023.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Rosera Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
