2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioners were dismissed from the service and they are approaching

Patna High Court CWJC No.5254 of 2020(2) dt.20-04-2024 2/2 before the appropriate forum for the same.

3. Learned counsel for the Food Corporation of India on the other hand submits that in the light of the latest position, this case has become infructuous.

4. In the light of the submissions made, this writ petition is hereby disposed off directing the petitioners that if, the petitioners service shall be restored by any judicial order, they shall be at liberty to raise the claim again. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Divyansh/- U
