2. This application is for grant of bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.340 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 376, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are talks of marriage between the families of the petitioner and the victim and under these circumstances petitioner does not want to press this application.

4. This application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Court, Sitamarhi pursuant to any further development. If the victim and the petitioner get married and the victim supports the factum of marriage in the District Court, petitioner shall be released on
