JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on four occasions and the present application has been renewed on the ground that the petitioner has been in custody in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 62/2011, since 27.06.2011 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future as the case is stayed in this Court in some other matter. Considering the fact that on merit petitioner's prayer for bail has already been rejected, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, this application is accordingly dismissed.
