2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 354B, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner tried to outrage the modesty of the informant, while she was returning her home from Patna.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. He has committed no offence. The petitioner and the informant were working in one Hi-tech company at Patna and due to enmity, the petitioner has falsely been made accused in this present case. The informant used to

No.16166 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 blackmail the petitioner and used to demand money from him and the petitioner also fulfilled her demand, which appears from Annexure-2, when he denied to do so, he has been made accused in this case. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 11.11.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1102 of 2023.
