JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Brahampura PS Case No. 286 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the IPC and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. It is submitted hat there is no recovery from the house of the petitioner, six and half litres of country made liquor is alleged to have been seized from the shop of Ashok Sah, brother of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2017 and has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ramesh Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise) Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahampura PS Case No. 286 of 2017.
