====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 03.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63631 of 2019 and order dated 05.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44122 of 2022 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of the reasons assigned in paragraph Nos. 4, 5 and 6 of the petition, further four weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30106 of 2023(3) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, order dated 03.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63631 of 2019 and order dated 05.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44122 of 2022 is modified to the above extent and modification petition is allowed.
