JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 07.11.2017, seeks bail in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S.Case No. 338 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 332, 333, 341, 353 and 504 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that while the police officer, informant, has gone to examine a complaint received against the accused side then they all assaulted with sickle, Dabia and other things. Petitioner was also armed with Hasuli and informant snatched Hasuli from the petitioner though several injuries were caused on the person of the informant.

Submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and some other accused persons have been admitted to bail by the court below.

No.18502 of 2018 (2) dt.03-04-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the State submits that four incised would were found on the vital part of the police officer and he was attacked while he was doing his official duty and out of four injuries, two are dangerous to life and the petitioner was armed with Hasuli, so inflicted Hasuli blow.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, he may renew his prayer of bail after six months.
