2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 190 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 127(2), 64, 62 of the B.N.S. and Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of attempting rape.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17764 of 2025(5) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO , Sheohar/concerned Court below in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 190 of 2024.
