2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that she has eloped with the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he is in jail since 17.10.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16723 of 2024(3) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Dist & Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 456 of 2023.
