JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kuchaikot P.S.Case No. 209 of 2015 registered under Sections 498A, 323, 379 and 406 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Submission is that petitioner is a labourer and wife wants to live separately with his parents and earlier petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail and he had kept his wife but she again went away and the petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2017. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Raja Hussain @ Bhutto Alam is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
