2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 376/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of committing rape upon a 13 years old girl. Petitioner is in jail since 15.12.2023.

4. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. This application for regular bail is dismissed.
