Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P. S. case no. 218/2012 registered under sections 272, 273, 274, 290 of the IPC and 47 A of he Excise Act. Taking into consideration that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and furthermore, name of the petitioner came in the confessional statement of co-accused who disclosed that the petitioner used to supply unripe spirit and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Makhdumpur P. S. case no. 218/2012 subject to
