The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No. 301 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is a scrap dealer and empty bottles of beer and liquor of different make were recovered from his shop. There is no allegation against the petitioner that he deals in liquor and beer and there is any recovery from his shop. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No.301 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
