The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of taking loan of Rs.6,00,000/- by the petitioner from the complainant and not returning the same.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire complaint petition does not reflect that the payment was made through any banking channel, hence,

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bagaha, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Complaint Case No. 1192-C of 2011, Trial No. 2710 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
