JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent authorities to make payment of a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- pertaining to the pending dues in connection with his Gas Agency in the name and style of M/s Sadbhavana H.P. Gas Agency, whose license thereof has now stood terminated. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the respondent No. 5 i.e. Senior Regional Manager, Patna for redressal of his

Patna High Court CWJC No.4522 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 aforesaid grievances.

Accordingly, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent No. 5 by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, whereupon the respondent No. 5 shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks, thereafter and in case any admitted outstanding dues are found payable, the same shall be paid within a period of six weeks, therefrom.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
