Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Saur Bazar P. S. case no. 498/2013 registered under sections 341, 323, 325,504, 506/34 of the IPC and section 3/ 4 of the Prevention of Witch Practices Act.

Admittedly, except section 3/ 4 of the Prevention of Witch Practices Act, almost all sections are bailable and so far as application of section 3/ 4 of the Prevention of Witch Practices Act is concerned, the same appears to be doubtful.

According to the prosecution case itself, alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four
