ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Saharsa Sadar P.S. case No.505 of 2013 (G.R. No.2200 of 2013) registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 120B, 341, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.

The Petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by order dated 3.4.2014 vide Cr.Misc.No.11026 of 2014 but on submission that the Petitioner has fair antecedents, whereas there was one other case pending against him. Now he has filed a second application for anticipatory bail.

Since the second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable, the application is disposed of with a direction to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6301 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 Petitioner to surrender in the court below which shall consider the fact that the Petitioner on merits was found fit to be released on anticipatory bail.
