The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No.14 of 2015, a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the F.I.R. is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2016. Investigation is complete. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was put on Test Identification Parade. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with
