Counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief payed for in the instant writ petition regarding promotion to the graduate trained scale has been granted to the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner being qualified is also entitled to promotion as headmaster which relief he has not been granted till date. The said relief does not form part of the instant proceedings. Counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief of appointment as headmaster he will be approaching the District Education Officer, Aurangabad. If such representation is filed within four weeks, the authority would be obliged to
