The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 81 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offence) Act.

Considering the nature of allegation, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) mdrashid/- U T
