JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.03.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8735 of 2012 for extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. The order dated 23.03.2012 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 28 of 2010, pending in the court of leaned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.
