Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 307, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It appears that allegation of commission of firearm injury and death is specific against the named accused persons. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the general and omnibus allegation against co-accused Madan Rai and others, a Coordinate Bench of this Court had granted bail to Madan Rai and others vide order dated 21.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50463 of 2015

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16259 of 2018 (2) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 (Annexure-2), hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sugouli Police Station Case No. 293 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
