2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for direction to the concerned Respondent authority particularly Respondent no. 3 to drop proceeding of recovery which has been initiated at the instance of objection raised by a stranger who has no connection or link with the land in question as well as neither the old Act i.e. The Land Acquisition Act, 1984 non The RFCTLARR Act, 2013 permits to initiate such type of proceeding that has been noticed vide dated 31.08.2016 issued by the Respondent no. 3 in the matter where compensation has been paid much earlier to the petitioner and his brothers since the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16496 of 2016(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 collector has become functions offitio after filing and signing the award and for quashing of the notice dated 16.08.2016.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
