Petitioner seeks bail in Jogbani P.S. Case No.335 of 2019 registered under Sections 363 and 366 of the IPC. The informant named the petitioner along with others and alleged that the petitioner kidnapped his married daughter. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim is a major girl. The victim herself accompanied the petitioner.

From perusal of the statements of the victim, it appears that when the petitioner called the victim, the victim came Forbesganj and thereafter accompanied the petitioner to different places but when she came in custody of her parents, she altogether gave a different story that the petitioner forced her to go along with him.
