JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. I do not find any illegality in the impugned order, dated 05.11.2014, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge I, Ara, in Sessions Trial No. 344 of 2011, whereby he has refused to accept the plea taken on behalf of the petitioner of his juvenility.

The petitioner had relied on School Leaving Certificate, so as to make out a case of his juvenility as on the date of occurrence. No other material was produced before the learned Court below to make out a case for
