Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(A) and 30(B) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
