JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-06-2015 No interference is warranted in the writ application especially in view of the position of denial which counsel for the petitioner has taken with regard to other aspect which has been stated and asserted in the counter affidavit with regard to category under which he was selected and the certificates which he had tendered in support thereof, which, on verification, have been found to be false. Obviously, it will require a deeper look on all the evidences, documentary or oral.

To make the things worse, even a criminal case was filed against the petitioner in relation to said transaction of procuring

Stand of the counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner was never appointed under trained category.

Writ application is dismissed.
