KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 87 of 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and section 66(C ) of I.T. Act.
Informant is the Branch Manager of Syndicate Bank who has stated that a sum of Rs. 51,000/- was withdrawn from the account of Mohit Gupta and transferred into the account of Ranjit Kumar through mobile net-banking by unlawful means. The petitioner undertakes that he would re-pay the amount of Rs. 26,000/- i.e. the half of the defalcated amount in the Syndicate Bank, Boring Road Branch, Patna within 15 days which
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33191 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 would be subject to the outcome of the case.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let petitioner Ranjit Kumar @ Arjun be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with S.K.
