Petitioner is in jail custody since 07.10.2018 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it surfaced that petitioner got the deceased identified to other accused and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13887 of 2019(3) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P. S. Case No. 342 of 2018.
