Petitioner is an accused in connection with Sri Krishna Puri P.S. Case No. 1 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 379, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the present case on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that no specific allegation is levelled against the present petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2019.
