2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons are alleged to have brutally assaulted the prosecution side because of land dispute.

4. There is specific allegation against the petitioner of stabbing one of the victim Mahesh Patel.

5. The injury report supports the allegations levelled against the petitioner but the injuries have been found to be simple.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not been framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., West Champaran at Bettiah/concerned Court below in connection with Bettiah Muffassil P.S. Case No. 777 of 2023.
