The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 379, 411 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case merely on suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioners are owner of the tractors. They have no concern with the seized materials. It is further submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

No.14151 of 2020(2) dt.16-07-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing personal bail bonds to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
