Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. According to FIR, two unknown criminals, initially, robbed the informant and thereafter on the way, they robbed to Vishnudeo Barnwal. During investigation, from the possession of this petitioner purse and voter card of Vishnudeo Barnwal was recovered.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.11.2016. However, was never put on TIP during investigation. Charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner and he is ready to cooperate with the trial.

No.18370 of 2017 (3) dt.30-06-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid material, especially, the period already undergone by the petitioner as under trial prisoner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Banka/successor Court in connection with Suiya Police Station Case No. 14 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 3394 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
