There happens to be an allegation against the petitioner levelled at the end of informant, a police official to have been in possession of rectified spirit in his hut, whereupon, a raid was conducted and during course thereof, as has been alleged, petitioner and one Raju Mahto whom, the local Chaukidar claimed identification, managed to escape while from the hut, 250 Litres of rectified spirit has been seized. There happens to be absence of criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the instant petition and petitioner is under custody since 10th January 2020.

Consequent thereupon, petitioner, Arun Kumar Ram @ Arun Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each
