After the matter was heard for some time, respondent, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to file afresh on the same and subsequent cause of action after issuing a fresh notice to the parties to the agreement and, more specifically Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, namely M/s Jagat Homes and Resort Private Limited and Pran Nath Singh, Son of Sri Jagat Narayan Sinha, Director, M/s Jagat Homes and Resort Private Limited respectively, specifying the disputes and asking the parties to resolve the same and in the event of failure thereof, invoke the arbitration clause.

Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.

Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
