The petitioner seeks bail in Brahampura P.S. Case No. 73/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. About 36 litres of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from the vehicle of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 29.04.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner has already remained in jail for about two months, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional
