JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 19.12.2017 seeks bail in connection with Rail Danapur P.S.Case No. 49 of 2017 registered under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian penal Code and 147 of the Railway Act.

It is submitted that only material against the petitioner is disclosure of his name by co-accused in his confessional statement that he sold the looted jewellary to the shop of the petitioner, but nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and investigation in this case is complete.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Udit Sonar @ Sanjeet Kumar @ Sanjeet Kumar Swarnakar @ Sanjeet Kumar Bihari @ Udit Sonak, is
