JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Jhajha P.S. Case No.206 of 2015 (G.R. No. 1929 of 2015) instituted for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per written report, police apprehended some persons as named in the First Information Report with allegation that they were making plan to commit dacoity. The name of this petitioner has been disclosed by the persons apprehended by the police. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner.

In such circumstances, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31234 of 2017 (2) dt.11-07-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 206 of 2015 (G.R. No. 1929A of 2015), subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
