This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bibhutipur PS Case No. 286 of 2014 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the instant case, allegation against the petitioner is that he had given farsa blow on the head of the informant's father which caused injury. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.12.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur PS Case No. 286 of 2014.
