2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 1234 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Though it is a case of triple murder and some persons are suspected of killing the deceased persons because of land dispute but there is no material against the petitioner during investigation, who is a lady and is in jail since 22.12.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and has three children, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 1234 of 2023.

7. This case may not be used as a precedent for consideration for bail of other co-accused in the case of triple murder.
