JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered under Sections 384, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7/13(2) read with 13(i)(D) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. As per prosecution case, at consolidated Check post, Dobhi, Gaya, illegal money was being collected by the petitioners from the truck drivers and on search Rs 5950/- and Rs. 5630/- respectively were recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners were posted in the said check post as Computer Operators. They have committed no offence. There was no recovery from the possession of the petitioners. The money

There is no material available on the record indicating the complicity of the petitioners in the occurrence. The petitioners are in custody since 21.03.2017. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance 1st, Patna in Barachatti P.S.Case No. 160 of 2017.
