Petitioner seeks bail in S.T. No.199 of 2017, arising out of Raniganj P.S. Case No. 338 of 2016 registered under Sections 498A, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 23.06.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No.21861 of 2017, observing that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected at this stage. The petitioner is in jail for more than 15 months. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner is in custody for more than 15 months, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
